Growing up on a construction site,and being surrounded by elite builders gave Pierre the interest in construction from an early age. Pierre, a carpenter by trade launched a General Contracting business in Edmonton. Over the past 10 years while running his contracting business he has obtained immeasurable amount of knowledge while working in the trenches with Alberta’s finest tradesmen. Bringing vast knowledge as a general contractor for 10 years to his home inspection services in Edmonton and surrounding area, Pierre has a keen understanding of the ins-and-outs of home construction and inspections. As an inspector he knows that every home is unique and can come with its own set of issues. As an active real estate investor and member of REIN, Pierre approaches each inspection with an eye towards solutions.
